These terms govern your use of this platform and any offerings purchased through it. They are written plainly, without obscuring language, because clarity is the standard this work is built on.
The Platform
Nexus Vitae (nexusvitae.net) is a transmission platform offering written, audio, and video transmissions on the nature of reality, consciousness, and the living world. By accessing this site or purchasing any offering, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and purchasers. They are effective as of April 29, 2026 and may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Subscribers will be notified of material changes by email.
Digital Offerings
Nexus Vitae offers digital products including written transmissions (PDF format), audio recordings, and video content. All offerings are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, your purchased offering will be delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, and made available on the confirmation page. Delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your delivery within 24 hours of purchase, contact us through the Connect section of this site.
Pricing for all offerings is displayed clearly at the point of purchase. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
Refund Policy
Because all offerings are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a digital offering has been delivered.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your purchased offering — meaning you completed payment but did not receive access to the content — contact us through the Connect section within 7 days of purchase. Technical delivery failures will be resolved promptly, either by redelivering the offering or by issuing a full refund at our discretion.
Disputes initiated through your payment provider without first contacting us will be contested. We are committed to resolving genuine issues directly and fairly.
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including but not limited to written transmissions, audio recordings, video content, visual design, sacred geometry illustrations, and the Nexus Vitae name and identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus Vitae. All rights are reserved. Copyright in all works published on this platform vests in the author upon creation pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 102 and the Berne Convention.
The following original works, frameworks, and coined terminology are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexus Vitae and are protected by copyright and common law trademark: the Nexus Vitae platform and its architecture; the transmission titles The Garden, The Click, The Record, The Practice, The Architecture, The Nature of Reality, and First Contact; the analytical framework known as The Titan Highway, including its identification of the planetary megalithic construction network, the T-clamp junction hardware, the copper-arsenic-nickel alloy formula, the Titan height calculation methodology, and all related original analysis; the planetary grid mathematical framework including the 3.02 constant, the 6⁴ geometric system, the 1,440 km grid interval, and all derived calculations; the Five Doors framework; and the Botanical Triad symbol system. These works were created independently, without derivation from any prior published work, and are protected from the date of their creation.
Purchasing an offering grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use that content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or sell any content from this platform without explicit written permission.
Sharing purchased content with others, uploading it to any platform, or using it in any commercial context is a violation of these terms and of applicable copyright law. DMCA takedown notices will be issued for any unauthorized reproduction of this platform's content on digital platforms.
Acceptable Use
This platform is offered in good faith to those who engage with it in good faith. You agree not to use this site or its content to harm, defraud, or misrepresent — either the platform, its offerings, or other visitors.
You agree not to attempt to access any part of the platform's infrastructure, database, or systems beyond what is made available to you as a visitor or purchaser. Unauthorized access attempts are a violation of these terms and of applicable law.
The transmissions offered here are intended for personal use and personal growth. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes such advice.
Cause-Directed Contributions
Nexus Vitae operates across two distinct revenue streams. Offering revenue — funds paid for written transmissions, audio, and video — is earned income that sustains the platform and is directed at the discretion of its founder in alignment with the platform's mission.
Cause-directed contributions are funds given in explicit support of a named mission area — water, children, humanitarian infrastructure, consciousness, or any other cause designated at the time of giving. These funds are held to the highest standard of sovereign stewardship.
All cause-directed contributions are stewarded solely by the founder of Nexus Vitae and directed entirely toward the named mission areas. The allocation of funds — how much, to whom, and when — is determined by the founder's sovereign judgment, in full transparency, and in service of the highest good for all. No fixed ratio is promised because the mission does not operate on a fixed ratio. It operates on discernment. What is received is directed where it is most needed, at the time it is most needed, without external constraint or committee.
Transparency is the accountability mechanism. A public record of cause-directed contributions — what was received and where it was directed — is maintained and updated periodically. Contributors may review this record at any time through the platform.
Nexus Vitae is not a registered charitable organization under 501(c)(3) or equivalent status. Contributions are not tax-deductible unless otherwise specified at the time of giving. In circumstances where a specific cause cannot be served as directed, funds will be redirected to the nearest aligned mission area and contributors will be notified.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe (stripe.com). Nexus Vitae does not store, handle, or have access to your full payment card details. All financial transactions are governed by Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Limitation of Liability
Nexus Vitae provides its offerings as-is, to the best of its ability and in full integrity. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Vitae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or its content.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific offering in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of this platform will be resolved under applicable Illinois and US federal law.
Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Nexus Vitae directly at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period — not less than 30 days — for good-faith resolution. Most genuine issues can and will be resolved through direct communication.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Illinois. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You and Nexus Vitae each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action proceeding.
